Buchanan Investment Group is a veteran-owned and operated company committed to revitalizing the Evansville community. We recognized a growing need for rehabilitation in neighborhoods impacted by aging, neglected, and distressed housing.

We work closely with property owners looking to sell distressed properties or investment properties and investors seeking opportunities to grow their portfolios & wealth. Our mission is to restore these homes, strengthen local communities, and help transform Evansville into a city of homeowners. By breathing new life into distressed properties, we aim to create safe, stable, and thriving neighborhoods for generations to come.

What began as a simple day trip from Tennessee to Evansville quickly turned into something much more. We fell in love with the city’s rich history, stunning Victorian homes, and timeless architecture. The character and potential of Evansville captured our hearts.

As we spent more time exploring the city, we recognized an opportunity for Evansville to become what it was always meant to be—a vibrant community filled with restored historic homes and thriving neighborhoods. We saw too many beautiful houses left in disrepair, unable to be purchased by everyday homeowners due to their condition.

That realization sparked our mission. We aim to rehabilitate and help others rehab properties with care and craftsmanship, creating both high-quality rental homes and thoughtfully restored houses available for purchase. Our goal is to provide families with homes they love, create a smooth and easy process for sellers and work with investors to build their portfolio.
